
Field Crop Events
The University of Arizona Cooperative Extension Field Crops is dedicated to delivering workshops and clinics related to field crops and pest management practices for Arizona and the Southwest United States and we are proud to work with Arizona Department of Agriculture to provide continuing education units (CEUs) for Pest Control Advisors.
***If you want CEUs for our events, you must attend the in person events or the live Zoom session and make sure your Zoom name clearly reflects your name or that you enter your full name and license number into the chat. CEUs will not be provided for those who watch the recordings after the event has ended.***

We had the UArizona Cooperative Extension Cotton "Tent Talks" on July 7, 2021. (2) AZ CEUs were approved. The recording of the workshop and the available PDF printouts of the presentations will be posted once available.
The 8th Workshop on New Technologies for Arizona Field Crops
We had The 8th Workshop on New Technologies for Arizona Field Crops June 10, 2021. The speakers discussed many topics related to new technologies of field crops, like new agronomic and pest management practice, and their potentials for Arizona and the southwest. (3.5) AZ CEUs were approved.

The 7th Arizona Alfalfa and Forage Crops Workshop
We had the7th Arizona Alfalfa and Forage Crops Workshop February 8, 2021. The Workshop was comprised of topics related to agronomic, economic, weather, water and pest management of alfalfa, other forage crops, and more. The speakers shared findings of their recent research results and expertise from UArizona Cooperative Extension, University of California-Davis, Texas A&M University, Washington State University, and CAP. The 2021 Arizona Cotton Production Update Meeting
We had the 2021 Arizona Cotton Production Update Meeting February 18, 2021. This event featured ongoing research results by UA Ag Extension Team member related to Cotton production and updates from seed company reps on cotton varieties, production, new chemistries and technologies. (4.5) AZ CEUs were approved.
