How to complete UA Systems enrollment

At the UA Cooperative Extension, many of our volunteers are considered Designated Campus Colleagues (DCCs).  As such, our DCCs are granted access to various systems through out the university in order to allow them access to various tools to optimize their impacts. The DCC Profile process MUST be completed by all Extension volunteers in order to remain compliant.

Your UA NetID is your personal identifier for a number of online services at the University of Arizona. Some of the services requiring a NetID include:

  • E-mail accounts
  • Desire2Learn (D2L) – a web-based course management system used to conduct online trainings for DCCs
  • Online tools such as Box and Zoom

Once you've received these emails and have your ID and PIN numbers ready, a NetID can be created.

Note: If you have any previous relationship with the University of Arizona and already have a NetID, you will be able to use that to accept your title, instead of creating a new one.
