Healthy for Life

Virtual and In-person Nutrition Classes
Community Nutrition-EFNEP serves all of Pima County teaching youth, families, young parents, and adults "Introduction to Nutrition" classes at no cost. We hold classes virtually through zoom and also in person. Our family and adult classes are an hour and a half long for 4-weeks. Our youth classes are also in-person and virtual. There is no cost for our lessons, but we do ask that you complete a simple survey just before you begin classes and then a survey after your series of classes ends. You will receive a certificate of completion from the University of Arizona for your participation.  To let us know you are interested in attending one of our series (in-person or virtual) please click on the link below to fill out our Google form and send it to us! You can also contact me personally at: jmac@cals.arizona.edu

If you have a group of people from your community, your church, your rec center, or any other group that is interested in learning more about this Healthy Eating Routine called MyPlate, please contact us and we would be happy to schedule classes that work with your calendar.
