Pima Family Engagement
Child Behavior Management Series!
Content is based on the Triple P curriculum, which is proven to reduce child misbehavior.
Participants will learn:
- Why children behave the way they do,
- How to teach new skills and positive behaviors,
- Tools to manage misbehavior, and
- How to plan ahead for high-risk situations.

Coffee Talks – Child Behavior Management
This Triple P Discussion Group Series encourages parents to share their experiences of commonly encountered problems such as disobedience, fighting, and aggression.
The discussion groups are designed to provide an overview of the positive parenting principles for any interested parent.

Caring For The Caregiver
The Family Engagement Program at UA Cooperative Extension is piloting a special new program called Caring for the Caregiver – a three session series designed to support the custodial caregivers of children with incarcerated parents. Dinner and Childcare will be provided. Incentives provided for families who complete all program components.

Positive Discipline
Positive Discipline Workshops are based on the theory that children behave better when they experience a sense of belonging. Each workshop provides new tools to help bridge communication gaps, win cooperation at home and school, defuse power struggles and communicate a message of love.

Money Talks: Family Edition
Inviting all families with teens! Coming to Tucson later this year.
Do you know what your teens think about money? What drives their decisions? Do they have the life skills they need to make good financial choices?
This special two-generation class helps you and your teens make decisions as a family and plan for the future. For parents and their youth ages 12-18, this 8-session workshop is guaranteed to start new conversations in your home!
Each evening includes dinner, drawings and childcare for younger siblings. In addition, families who complete the series will receive a total of $100!
