This NEW two-day course will dive deep into the topics of caliche — from formation to field identification and description to applications in wastewater treatment and design across Arizona. The course will use both in-class lectures and field experiences. Prerequisite: All participants will need to have completed the Soil & Site Evaluation class (now termed the Intro to Soil and Site Evaluation). Other Certification: This class qualifies for 16 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) towards registered sanitarians and 8 hours towards renewing your NAWT certificate.
