Cottage Food Safety Class

Participants will learn about food safety when making products in the home kitchen:

• Food safety basics for home-based food production
• How to prevent foodborne illness
• Proper hygiene and cleaning practices
• Safe handling, storage, and packing
• How to get your AZ Cottage Food License

Participants will also take the AZ food handlers card exam at the end of class.
