The goal of the AZ Health Zone is to promote and influence healthy eating and active living behaviors so as to reduce diseases among all people living in Arizona. Specific to Apache County, we work within the food systems, school health, active living, and early childhood areas to support both individual learning and community based policy efforts to help make the healthy choice the easy choice.
