Urban Ag Production, Small-Scale, Beginner Farmer Program

Half of Arizona farms are on fewer than 10 acres of land, and 88 percent have less than $25,000 in annual sales. Many of these farmers are new to agriculture and need assistance with crop production, infrastructure design, business, marketing, and sustainability. We provide education and mentorship to urban, small-scale and beginning farmers so they can build a foundation for success.
