Guided Tours
Pima County Demonstration Gardens
Whether you wander on your own, or join a free guided tour by a Pima County Master Gardener, our 11 unique Demonstration Gardens will expand your gardening knowledge and give you many ideas for your own landscape. We showcase various planting, irrigation and composting methods for desert horticulture. Gardens are located at the Pima County Cooperative Extension office at 4210 N. Campbell Ave. in Tucson, Arizona.
Spring Master Gardener-led tours run every Wednesday and Saturday at 9:00 am. Starting in February through the end of May. Please note there will be no tour on April 11th or 25th as we have other program events scheduled. Pay attention to the weather, as tours are canceled without notice if it rains. Please wear closed-toe shoes, a hat, and sunscreen, and bring water.
Fall Master Gardener-led tours run every Wednesday and Saturday at 9:00 am. Starting September through December 20th. Please note there will be no tour on October 24th as we have another program event scheduled. Pay attention to the weather, as tours are canceled without notice if it rains. Please wear closed-toe shoes, a hat, and sunscreen, and bring water.

Campus Arboretum Tours
Did you know that the University of Arizona campus is a famous Arboretum? Considered one of the best campus Arboretums in the country, the 400 acres are home to outstanding trees from around the world or from our own Sonoran Desert.
Every Sunday morning from mid-September to mid-May, Master Gardeners lead free tours around the Campus Arboretum. There is a series of six tours, each one highlighting something different about this unique collection. Check out the descriptions (below) and use this link to register for any of these tours.
