Nutrition and Physical Activity Program

For families with young children on the Navajo Nation

The Nutrition and Physical Activity Program provides classes for families with children under five years old. Join us to learn how to cook healthy meals, new ideas for how to be active with your children, and how to save money at the grocery store. We meet once a week for nine weeks. During each class we will make and taste a healthy recipe.
