Joe Willis of Schwabe, Williamson, & Wyatt is Chair of the NRULPC Advisory Board. He specializes in natural resources and real estate and construction law with more than 45 years of experience. He has handled more than 1,000 cases and has been involved in many precedent-setting cases, particularly in issues of eminent domain and inverse condemnation.
