Camp Resources
Camp Policies and Procedures
Please review the James 4-H Camp Policies and Procedures document prior to your arrival at camp.
Emergency Evacuation Form
Submit the Emergency Evacuation Form on the Monday before your camp begins. This document must accurately reflect every person who will be in attendance at your camp as it will be used by the Forest Sevice and other emergency responders in the event of camp evacuation.
Come Prepared
Use the list below to guide your packing as you prepare for camp. Pay close attention to the weather before your camp begins, and remember that it can change dramatically at a moment's notice.
Understanding your Cabin Assignment
James 4-H Camp cabins are divided into the Upper and Lower Camp groups, and the camp layout can give you an idea of where these are located. Many groups choose to split male and female campers into the Upper and Lower areas. The Cabin Assignment Worksheets show how many beds are in each cabin. Please do not move any beds between or within cabins; their arrangement is designed to facilitate evacuation in the event of a fire or other emergency.
