Extension Regional Economic Analysis Program

Overview

The Extension Regional Economic Analysis Program supports the University of Arizona and CALES by translating academic research into actionable insights that directly benefit Arizona communities. Through services such as economic impact and contribution analysis, cost-benefit evaluations, and program assessments, we strengthen the land-grant mission of the University by engaging with university and non-university stakeholders across the state to support informed decision-making. With specialties in agriculture and natural resources, including water, we provide objective and credible economic analysis to support economic development, enhance public understanding of issues with implications for local and regional economies, and empower communities and industries to thrive.
