The Developmental and Sensory Screening Program, supported by grants from First Things First, provides education, resources and screening services to help keep your child’s development and health on track.

Vision and Hearing Screenings

Staff screen Pinal County children ages 1-5 to help identify any potential hearing or vision issues that might impact development. Staff also work with parents to provide education on the importance of early detection.

Developmental Milestone Activities

Though each child is different, developmental milestones are skills and behaviors most children learn to do by specific ages. These developmental milestone activity videos and handouts are a fun way for you and your child (ages 0-5) to work towards each of the five developmental milestones.
