Community Nutrition Education Program (CNEP)
Free cooking and nutrition classes for Arizona families. We help families shop, cook, and eat well on a budget. You will learn simple recipes, easy shopping tips, and healthy habits.
What to Expect
- Classes are free.
- They are for families who want to eat well and save money on food.
- Adults meet once a week for 8 to 10 weeks. Each class is 60 to 90 minutes.
- Kids meet once a week for 5 weeks.
- You will cook, taste, and learn with other families.
- Classes meet at schools, churches, community centers, and Extension offices near you.
When you finish, you get a certificate.

- EFNEP, one of our programs, offers free classes where families learn to cook, eat healthy, and make the most of their food budget.
- Our Community Resource Hub helps you find food, health care, housing support, and other services in your county.
