Geospatial environmental modeling of climatic hazards and their impacts

Overview

Our work integrates traditional analysis techniques from the atmospheric and related sciences with geospatial data and modeling to help people benefit from better information about climate and its impacts. As part of University of Arizona Cooperative Extension, challenges related to climatic hazards in Arizona and the broader southwestern region of North America motivate many of our research and extension activities.
