Nelva Valenzuela is a recent Northern Arizona University graduate. There, she received a bachelor's degree for Strategic Communication with an emphasis in public relations. Nelva is currently working as a part of Smartscape, a program which instructs landscape and irrigation professionals in the fundamentals of design, installation, irrigation, and maintenance of desert-adapted landscape. As primary facilitator of classes, Nelva works closely with instructors and participants to create a positive and effective learning environment.
