Dr. Martin serves as Associate Vice President and Director of the Arizona Cooperative Extension System and is a faculty member in the Biosystems Engineering Department where his responsibilities lie mainly in the area of agricultural irrigation. Much of his work deals with irrigation water management, crop water use, and irrigation scheduling at the field level.
