Name Changes and Refunds
Notification of refund request must be submitted in writing via email to dlreed@arizona.edu. Cancellations received by Tuesday, January 20, 2026 will be refunded, less a $5 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after Tuesday, January 20, 2026. Name changes/substitutions can be made at any time at no charge. If you have any questions, please contact us at dlreed@arizona.edu.
Biosecurity Protocols
Attendees of the Informed Arizona Equestrian Horse Symposium will be required to follow biosecurity protocols set in place by the University of Arizona Al-Marah Equine Center to protect the health and safety of the animals housed there. Requirements will be posted and emailed to attendees prior to the event. Those who refuse to follow protocols will be asked to leave. No refunds will be given to those who refuse to comply.
