Learn the basics of plant identification and build a foundation to be able to start identifying plants on your own! This class is the first in our series of plant identification classes. Learn the basics of how we name and classify plants, plant terminology, how we use plant traits to identify them, and resources to help you along the way. This intermediate to advanced class goes beyond basic gardening topics, offering an 'approachably scientific' introduction to plant identification. It's perfect for beginners eager to learn plant ID for the first time or for those looking to refresh their skills. The class lasts 90 minutes.
