Did you know? Arizona has seven species of true mistletoe, and dwarf mistletoe only infects coniferous trees, but not juniper? Come join the Library Friends of Payson at the library (328 N. McLane Road) to learn about this pesky parasite.
Monday, March 18th, 10:00am – Chris Jones, from University of Arizona Gila County Cooperative Extension, Arborist David Mikulak, and Payson Fuels Manager Kevin McCully will present a program on Firewise and general tree care, including mitigating damage by mistletoe.
