About the Map
The University of Arizona, Maricopa County Master Gardeners have an active presence in School and Community Gardens in the County. To continue to grow and serve the members of our County better, the Master Gardeners have developed a map of current Seed Libraries, School Gardens and Community Gardens in Maricopa County.
Seed Libraries are tagged in blue, School Gardens in red and Community Gardens in green. In addition to the location of the garden, some basic information has been provided where available. For school safety, details on the garden and school contact information for the districts is not provided on this map, though the website is available. Should a member of the public be interested in seeing the school garden, you will need to contact the school and follow their procedure.

Once your garden information is received and verified, the map will be updated. We encourage all members of the public to please reach out to us at the above email with garden updates.
If you have a school or community garden that has need of educational support, or a consultation on a particular horticulture or garden related issue, you are welcome to reach out to the Master Gardener Program to discuss your needs. Master Gardeners volunteers provide public educational services, and our program volunteers are not be able to assist in requests for school and community garden maintenance or labor. Educational services for volunteers usually include services such as garden consultations, plant diagnosis, and garden related education for garden leaders and members, among other educational services.
