Sourdough Bread Demonstration

Enjoy a 2-hour guided session hosted by Earl Duque using pre-made dough to walk through each stage of the sourdough process. All participants will receive some starter to take with them.

  • Mixing and fermentation
  • Shaping techniques
  • Baking tips and troubleshooting

Registration is required. The cost is $20 per person, which covers demonstration ingredients, supplies, and participant materials. Deadline to register is June 9.
