Overview

Journey of Opportunities for Leaders of Tomorrow (JOLT) is an annual summer camp experience for Arizona 4-H Teens. Young leaders from around the state of Arizona gather at the James 4-H Camp to develop life skills, make new friends, and make new memories.

The mission of JOLT is to create an environment where Arizona teens can learn how to empower personal leadership, hone in on creativity, and encourage positive social change in their own community by upholding the tradition of making the best better.

If you have a child aged 14-18 and are looking for a fun summer experience where you can disconnect from the world and spend some time learning new skills, building teamwork and learning about the Outdoors up at James 4-H Camp, in Mingus Mountain.

Youth Led!

The Arizona 4-H State Ambassadors will be guiding members through Leadership tracks based on the 4 pillars of 4-H (Agriculture, STEM, Civic Engagement and  Healthy Living.). This will highlight pathways of how to grow skills and make an impact in your community.

This goes beyond the 4 Pillars of 4-H and will include skills in communication and teamwork.
