Join Kelly Mott Lacroix, watershed hydrologist at the Tonto National Forest, to learn about the events and watershed conditions that contributed to the catastrophic flooding in Globe-Miami in 2025. 

Kelly Mott Lacroix is the Burned Area Emergency Response (BAER) Coordinator and Watershed Program Manager for the Tonto National Forest. Prior to joining the Tonto NF in 2018, she worked for the US Forest Service in Washington D.C., the University of Arizona Water Resources Research Center, and the Arizona Department of Water Resources. She has been the lead hydrologist for over 25 BAER assessments across the southwest including Telegraph, Bush, Hermits Peak Calf Canyon, and Dragon Bravo fires.
