Recipe Demonstration: Pickled Bread-and-Butter Zucchini

Participants will learn how to safely can pickles at home while our Master Food Preservers demonstrate one more way to use zucchini from your garden, Pickled Bread-and-Butter Zucchini. Participants will have an opportunity to taste the final product, take home recipes and  canning utensil and will have an opportunity to win additional canning tools or a canning book.  Demonstration size is limited to 25 participants. The cost is $25 per person, which covers demonstration ingredients, supplies and participant materials.
