EFNEP stands for the Expanded Food & Nutrition Education Program. Lessons include topics on budgeting, menu planning, how to shop for less and stretch your food dollars and lots more. Classes are fun, engaging and include food demonstrations and tastings and we will practice simple activities to get you moving more. Join us at the Coolidge Library, 160 W. Central Ave., Coolidge, AZ 85128, the 4th Friday of every month beginning on January 24, 2025 at 10:00 thru August, 2025. Hope you’ll join us for lots of fun!
