Ready to move ahead of the competition and stay up to date on the latest industry trends, research, and best practices?

Advanced Smartscape: Plant Materials builds upon the Smartscape
course experience with twelve hours of in-depth training for
landscape professionals on plants best suited for water-efficient
landscapes in our desert environment. Attending the basic
Smartscape series gives participants an understanding of conditions
typically found in our landscapes that affect proper plant selection
and care.
After completing this four-class course, students will be able to
effectively integrate a wide selection of regionally-appropriate plants
into landscape designs and provide proper maintenance by
implementing the knowledge gained in Advanced Smartscape.
Please note, completion of Smartscape is a prerequisite to register for
Advanced Smartscape.
CEUs have been applied for with the Western Chapter of the
International Society of Arboriculture (ISA), the Association of
Professional Landscape Designers (APLD), and the Arizona Chapter of
the American Society of Landscape Architects (AzASLA).
