Learn how to make healthy tacos with Nat Wheeler, NAU Nutrition Student and Coconino Cooperative Extension Intern.
Do you want to learn about the health and environmental benefits of growing and cooking your own food? Do you have access to fresh produce but aren’t sure how to cook with it? In this 4-class, series you learn how to make a wicking bed for gardening in a small space, cook fresh and seasonal food, enjoy the new Killip school garden, and socialize with your community! The third class will feature Nat Wheeler, NAU Nutrition Student and Coconino Extension Intern. Nat will show us how to make healthy tacos. Registration is not required but please RSVP.
