Help Shape Extension's Future

University of Arizona Cooperative Extension recently embarked on a journey to shape the future of our organization. At the heart of this “strategic positioning” effort lies our commitment to better serve communities’ needs, enhance programs and services, and ensure a sustainable, impactful presence throughout the state. Through 2024, we will identify opportunities and challenges, then define objectives that align with our mission and vision.

But we need your help to ensure that our broad plans reflect the aspirations and priorities of Arizona communities and our partners, staff, and volunteers. Through a series of listening sessions, we will gather your input and feedback. You can attend these focus groups or share ideas in a one-on-one interview.

By fostering collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity, we will create a roadmap that ensures that our actions and investments match our mission to boost agriculture, foster youth development and community health, and connect communities with UArizona research. Together, we can build a stronger, more resilient Arizona Cooperative Extension that continues to make a positive difference in the lives of individuals and communities across the state.
