Ingredients:
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon dry basil
½ teaspoon dry dill weed
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
2 cup broccoli, chopped
2 cup cauliflower, chopped
½ red bell pepper, chopped
8-ounce tri-color rotini, cooked and drained
¼ cup parmesan
Instructions:
- Combine olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic, basil, dill weed, and parsley in a medium bowl.
- In a separate bowl combine broccoli, cauliflower, red pepper, pasta, and parmesan.
- Pour dressing over pasta and veggies and toss together.
