Measuring cups and spoons
¼ cup green pepper, sliced
½ cup onion, sliced
⅓ cup frozen mixed vegetables, steamed
1 tablespoon unsalted margarine
2 tablespoons water
- Sauté green pepper and onion in margarine in a skillet
- Beat eggs and water. Add to skillet. Cook until done.
- Add cooked mixed vegetables. Fold and put on the plate.
