Ingredients:
1 cup milk
½ cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon liquid sweetener
1 pinch salt
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to the mason jar and shake thoroughly.
- Leave it in the fridge overnight.
- Tops oats with preferred fruit, nuts, or granola and serve.
