1 pound fish fillets, tilapia or as desired
20 saltine crackers, crush finely
¼ cup margarine
2 teaspoon dill weed
1 teaspoon garlic powder
¼ cup lemon juice
8 slices corn tortillas
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
- Combine crackers, garlic, and dill.
- Melt margarine. Roll fish in melted margarine, then in crumbs and again in butter mix.
- Place in a baking pan and bake 8-10 minutes until the fish is flakey. Serve with warmed tortillas.
