The Brain Waves program introduces basic facts and research in early childhood brain development to raise awareness of the significant impact parents and caregivers have on the developing child. These classes are targeted to parents, grandparents, foster parents, and other caregivers with the goal of improving caregiving skills and early childhood outcomes. Classes are offered one-on-one, small group or large group. Presentations are 1-2 hours in length in either English or Spanish. CEUs are available to professionals working with parents and/or children. This program is available free of charge throughout Cochise County with funding through First Things First.
