About 30 percent of mothers are breast feeding their infants and 15 percent of mothers breast feed and formula feed their infants. Working and non working parents may choose to formula feed their infants for various reasons although breast feeding is recommended as the first option. There are alternatives to formula feeding you children through organizations who donate breast milk. If you choose to formula feed your infant here are some good tips on preparing infant formulas.
