Plant Help Desk Ticket Management System
Our Master Gardener Help Desk is using a new ticketing system developed by one of our volunteers that allows us to track the calls and emails received. We can query the database for subject matter, look at the time to response, and even draw out a map of where the requests are coming from within our county. In 2017, we had 32 Certified Help Desk Volunteers handle over 2,000 requests. Thank you to all our Master Gardener volunteers for all their assistance and for helping so many in Maricopa County!
