Avik Mukherjee, Ph.D.

Dr. Avik Mukherjee specializes in crop production, hydro climatology, crop protection (Insect and weed management), and socio-economic variability. Dr. Mukherjee strives to offer educational support to stakeholders, enhancing the effectiveness and profitability of producers by addressing various challenges in crop production through workshops, field days, tent talks, factsheets, and peer-reviewed publications. Dr. Mukherjee is also interested in multidisciplinary collaborative research with other specialists and stakeholders focusing on the issues in agriculture in Arizona.
