Christina is the Food Demo / Commercial Kitchen Coordinator Community Outreach Pro I (Program Coordinator) for SNAP-Ed. Her duties include planning, purchasing, coordinating, and delivery of food;  reporting and monitoring as it relates to food purchasing and preparation.  Christina sees that proper food safety, food handling, and demonstrations are fulfilled, coordinates food demos for educators, conducts food demos, counsels with supervisor and RDN to select/modify recipes to fit guidelines of Arizona Health Zone, and maintains food demo inventory. She also manages commercial kitchen requirements for inspections, certifications, safety and training.
