As Assistant in Extension, 4-H Youth Development, Caroline is currently the program lead responsible for policies and procedures and volunteer management along with supervising the 4-H AmeriCorps members.  Caroline works with 4-H volunteers supporting the Horse and General Projects committees which includes oversight and event management.  Additional responsibilities include managing the Cloverbuds Program for youth 5-7 years old, alternative delivery modes. Caroline is also the lead advisor on the 4-H State Ambassador team.
