Looking for a fun chance to "tune up" yourself and your horse and get the rust off the showing moves? Check out this May 6th event:

The Arizona National Livestock Show is proud to announce the very first Arizona National Summer Kickoff show!

This show is first and foremost a fun and relaxed horse show open to the public. If you have a good horse and want to show, then check us out! If you do not ride horses, but have a friend who does, tell them check us out! Kickoff is scheduled for May 6, 2017 and located at Horseshoe Park & Equestrian Centre in Queen Creek, AZ. The show starts at 8:00am and participants will have a full day of showing in rail and/or game classes. Why are we hosting this show? Because we want to be more involved with our community, specifically the youth who don’t have the opportunity to come to our January show. We want to see you succeed in the community!

FOR MORE INFO:
Just search for Arizona National Horse Show on Facebook, and @aznationals on Instagram! You can also visit our website at www.anls.org/p/kickoff to access our rulebook and download the entry form.

We are so excited to introduce this show and hope you will all consider participating. DISCLAIMER: we do have an April 2nd deadline listed on our flyers, class list and rulebook that have already been handed out. We will be extending that deadline to APRIL 28TH, 2017. Please know you are able to enter up until the day of the show, and this deadline only serves as the cut off to pay the discounted office fee. To avoid that late fee, please send your entry forms to vanessa@anls.org or to the Arizona National Livestock Show office address. Please call (602) 258-8568 for any questions or concerns, and we hope hear from you all!

Hay quality seminar and demo attendees never thought they'd participate in a "hay speed dating" activity... After they chose their matches in the exercise, Ashley Wright went over physical characteristics and Dr Betsy Greene compared the chemical analysis of the paired samples... Great way to bring knowledge to the people at the Southern Arizona Horse Health Care Symposium this past weekend...
