Greenlee 4-H Grand Canyon Hike

Ages: Open to all 4-H members and families. Youth 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult. 

Hike Details: There are three separate options for hiking into the Grand Canyon ranging from 9 miles- 16 miles, each person can choose the option depending on their ability. For more information about the different hikes click here.

Registration: The registration fee is $35 per person, this covers transportation, entrance and camp fee, and 4 meals. Registration and payment must be completed by September 23rd.

Meals: Saturday Breakfast, Saturday Lunch, Saturday Dinner, and Sunday Breakfast will be included. 

Preparation: Participants are encouraged to hike/walk/jog 50 miles before the trip if they plan on completing the 16-mile hike. 

Equipment: Hiking boots or running shoes, backpack to carry food and water, camping equipment (tent, sleeping bag, etc.)

Upon registration, a preparation packet will be sent to you.
