(NEW DATE): September 26th - October 1st, 2020
What is the National 4-H Conference?
National 4-H Conference is the pinnacle experience in 4-H Civic Engagement, providing the opportunity for young people to connect, learn, engage, lead and impact their communities, their nation, and their world. 4-H Departments from Land Grant Universities send a delegation of their choice to participate in the conference. Youth delegates must be between ages 16 (by January 1 of the conference year) and 18 years old. The National 4-H Conference is a working conference in which youth and adults assist in the development of recommendations to help guide 4-H Youth Development Programs nationally and in their communities. The delegates choose an important societal topic and in roundtable groups prepare a briefing. During the conference, delegates will have the opportunity to visit Capitol Hill and the offices of Congressman and Federal Offices.
