4-H Volunteer Training Opportunities

University of Arizona Cooperative Extension

Ongoing professional development is important for 4-H volunteers. In any role there is a need to grow in both content knowledge and how to work with youth.

Volunteer Video Trainings Playlist

Volunteers are the heart of 4-H. Common topics of interest are covered in this series of volunteer training videos. More will be added soon!

AZ 4-H Volunteer Biannual Seminar

The AZ 4-H Volunteer Biannual Seminar is a statewide professional development opportunity for all Arizona 4-H authorized adults (volunteers).  Our Arizona 4-H volunteers are invited to engage with their peers to learn how to make the best better, and ensure they have the skills necessary to help turn a youth's spark into mastery using a positive youth development philosophy.
