Topics include: - A short review of the history and sources of water in Arizona. - An overview of the nature of water, the water cycle, water quality concepts, and a glossary of universal terms, including an overview of common minerals and contaminants found in Arizona water sources. - A description of drinking water regulations, including National Primary and Secondary Drinking Water Standards. - A detailed discussion of accepted home water treatment technologies and home water treatment selection guidelines, based on water quality and user preferences.
