The Extension Agent 4-H Youth Development conducts an educational 4-H youth development program in Maricopa County and Arizona for youth ages 9-19. The agent provides subject matter training and education for programs of teen leadership, citizenship, community service, exchanges, youth at risk, science & technology, challenge programs and co-chairs the J.O.L.T. teen leadership camp. The agent and another 4-H Development professional share in efforts of guidance to volunteer adult leaders who lead local, county and state 4-H programs.
