Food and Health programs assist youth, families, and communities address quality of life issues in communities.The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Education program addresses the needs of low-income families and youth in Navajo County. The SNAP Ed nutrition education program provides nutrition education to increase awareness and knowledge in improving healthy eating and lifestyle choices for improving overall health and physical fitness for youth and families in Pinon, Sanders, and St. Johns school districts.

SNAP-ED works with children in school districts to create healthy lifestyle.
