The Flagstaff  Discussion Group is an educational support meeting for grandparents raising grandchildren and relatives raising relatives' children. The meetings are free and open to all grandfamily caregivers, regardless of legal status or blood relation to the child(ren). Grandparents and relatives attend the meetings to discuss a variety of topics related to their caregiving role: legal issues, loss and attachment, navigating resources, behavioral health, special needs, challenges with adult children, succeeding school and so much more.
