Cochise County Child Nutrition Workshop

The Sierra Vista Regional Health Center Wellness Depot and the University of Arizona Cochise County Cooperative Extension will present a workshop on "Child Nutrition". This class will include nutrient needs and dietary guides for children, tips for establishing healthy eating habits and handling picky eaters, and food safety concepts.
