	Home Human Subjects Wed, 07/15/2009 - 7:46pm — admin If your evaluation involves human beings (e.g., you are asking farmers about pest control practices, youth about their experiences in a 4-H program , or adults about nutrition classes), and you plan to present or publish your findings, you must go through the Institutional Review Board (IRB) process. Anyone involved in the evaluation (such as collecting data, analyzing data, reporting results, or presenting results) must complete the Human Subjects certification course To submit a project for Human Subjects review, you must complete Form F309, Human Research Determination (Word Doc). Below are some examples of Project Review Forms for three very different projects that were approved by the IRB.
